Global Eye Investigation Services fully understand that investigations involving people are extremely sensitive and all assignments undertaken by us are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Any contact made between our clients and us will be made on a strict basis of confidentiality from initial contact to conclusion.Within our company, all information given by our clients or gathered by us in the course of our investigation is not divulged to any personnel not directly assigned to the case.

 

All written logs, reports and other data related to an assignment are anonymised by reference to a case number which is known only to the senior partner directly handling the case.All contact with clients, either during or after an assignment, will be made in accordance with the mutually agreed method at the initial consultation stage.
